TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESEARCH SERVICES

1. Availing The Services

The Client hereby accepts the research services and confirms to avail the research services at their own sole discretion provided by the Research Analyst ("RA"), and the Research Analyst agrees to provide such services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth underneath.

2. Obligations on RA and Client

The client and the Research Analyst shall be bound by all applicable regulations, rules, circulars, and amendments issued by SEBI, including the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and all other statutory notifications issued by regulatory authorities from time to time.

3. Client Information and Mandatory KYC

The client is bound, upon acceptance of services, to submit all requisite identification documents (PAN, Aadhaar/address proof) as requested by the research analyst and assist the RA to complete the KYC and Risk Profiling process.

"The client hereby gives consent to the research analyst to fetch his/her KYC documents from the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) or C-KYC repository as permissible under law."

4. Standard Terms of Service & Client Undertaking

The Client acknowledges and gives consent to be bound by the terms set forth herewith, as well as any regulatory updates provided by the Research Analyst.

The client hereby agrees and acknowledges:

1. I have read and understood the terms and conditions applicable to a research analyst as defined under regulation 2(1)(u) of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, including the fee structure.
2. I am subscribing to the research services for my own personal or corporate benefit and consumption, and any reliance placed on research reports provided by Smart Option Niti shall be based on my own independent judgment and evaluation.
3. I understand that any investment made based on recommendations in research reports is subject to market risk and options volatility.
4. Recommendations in the research reports do not provide any assurance or guarantee of profit or fixed returns.
5. There is no recourse to claim any losses incurred on investments made based on the recommendations in the research reports.

5. Declaration by Research Analyst

Smart Option Niti further declares that:

1. It possesses the necessary qualifications and registrations required to render research analyst services under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
2. The services provided by the RA do not conflict with or violate any statutory provision of law, rule, regulation, or regulatory mandate.
3. The maximum fee charged by the RA complies strictly with the regulatory caps prescribed under SEBI guidelines.
4. The RA maintains arms-length independence and objective research methodology free from extraneous conflicts of interest.

6. Derivative & Options Risk Disclosure

Trading in Equity Derivatives (Futures and Options) involves substantial financial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Option contracts can expire worthless, resulting in the loss of 100% of the invested premium. Clients must strictly adhere to the suggested stoploss parameters and position sizing rules communicated in each research note.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between the Client and Smart Option Niti shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai, India.
