POLICY ON REFUND OF RESEARCH ADVISORY FEES

1. Nature of Services

Smart Option Niti provides research analysis, derivative trade ideas, and options market insights. All recommendations represent intellectual property delivered electronically via digital communication channels (Email, WhatsApp).

2. Subscription Fee Terms

Clients are advised to thoroughly review the sample research reports, disclaimer, terms and conditions, risk factors, and pricing structure prior to making fee remittance.

Once a client subscribes to a plan, completes the mandatory KYC and Risk Profiling, and the delivery of research reports commences:

• Subscription fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other individual or entity, except as mandated by SEBI guidelines or as specified below.
• Services cannot be paused or temporarily suspended, except under exceptional regulatory circumstances.

3. Cancellations Prior to Service Activation

In the event that an investor makes a fee transfer but does not complete the mandatory KYC process or is categorized as unsuitable for options/derivative research following the Risk Profiling assessment, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting bank processing charges, within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Payment Mode Notice

We do not accept fees in any person's or individual bank account. Any payment made must be in favor of the official current account of Smart Option Niti.

5. Refund Request Process

Any request for refund under valid eligible grounds must be submitted in writing from the registered email address to info@smartoptionniti.com accompanied by transaction proof and bank account details for verification.
